We are a family of pizza lovers. I have started to make my own (since I found Trader Joes dough, 99 cents each) to cut down on consuming the crap that is put into the pizza from delivery places. I am particularly fond of the wheat and herb pizza doughs from TJs. They are a bit easier to work with. My favorite combinations so far have been a 4 cheese on herb crust and garden veggie with tons of garlic and basil on wheat crust. Kai loves them and it gives us some healthier options. I think next Im going to try a bbq style pizza with a meat substitute.

Kai's job is rolling and shaping the dough. He did a terrific job (with a little help from mom).
